Refunds May Be Granted

Refunds may be granted only under the following circumstances:

• The report could not be generated due to a system error.
• The unlocked report was inaccessible for more than 24 hours due to technical issues.
• Duplicate charges occurred as a result of a payment processing error.

Refunds Will Not Be Issued For

• Dissatisfaction with report conclusions or recommendations.
• Incorrect URLs submitted by the user.
• Reports generated for third-party or competitor websites.
• User error or accidental purchase.
• Requests made after the report has been delivered and accessed.
